Dr. Slick Diamond Dual Hook File

The Dr. Slick Diamond Dual Hook File is a compact hook sharpening tool designed for anglers who need reliable, streamside sharpening. Built from stainless steel with dual diamond-grit surfaces, this hook hone is available in two lengths 4-inch (Fine/Medium 600/300 grit) and 6-inch (Medium/Heavy 300/150 grit) so you can quickly restore a razor-sharp point to freshwater and saltwater hooks. Dr. Slick’s treated finish helps resist corrosion for repeated use on the water.

Whether you need to retouch a dulled point before a cast or reshape a bent point after a catch, Dr. Slick hook files deliver repeatable, precise results with minimal effort. Anglers choose Dr. Slick for dependable sharpening tools that are easy to carry and simple to use. The 4-inch model is ideal for smaller flies and hooks (works well on hooks up to roughly 1/0 in smaller styles), while the 6-inch model provides more reach and abrasion for larger hooks or heavier work.
