Hareline Saltwater Flashabou – Salt & Pepper #1625

Hareline Saltwater Flashabou is a saltwater-grade fly-tying flash material designed to add wide, reflective shimmer to streamers, bucktails and baitfish imitations. Each pack contains approximately 225 strands measuring 1/16″ wide by 10″ long, giving a fuller profile and stronger flash in rough saltwater conditions. Hareline’s Saltwater Flashabou is for fly tiers who require durable, colorfast flash.

Key Features

• Saltwater grade: Treated for corrosion resistance and long-lasting color in harsh environments.
• Wider profile: 1/16″ strands provide a fuller, stiffer flash ideal for bucktails, streamers and baitfish bodies.
• High strand count: Approximately 225 strands per pack deliver volume for bulked-up flies and larger lures.

Use Hareline Saltwater Flashabou to build lifelike baitfish bodies, add attractive flash to nymphs and dries, or bulk up pike and musky patterns. The wider 1/16″ material ties in easily with standard thread and bucktail, and holds shape better than narrower flash. Fly tiers choose Hareline for consistent color range and performance; Hareline carries these popular shades to match common tying needs.
