Volvo Penta Zinc Anode 838929

The Volvo Penta 838929 is a zinc pencil anode designed to protect internal engine cooling system components from galvanic corrosion. Installed inside heat exchangers, oil coolers, and water jackets, this anode sacrifices itself to prevent corrosion damage to critical engine parts.

Zinc is specifically intended for saltwater applications, where it provides reliable and predictable corrosion protection.
